Shipping & Returns
Snapperstuff Limited delivers to UK, Ireland, EU, European and Worldwide countries.
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system and then making payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order along with your invoice.
If your order exceeds our standard shipping rates, then upon placing this with us you will receive an email confiming that we have received your order. We will then manually calculate the shipping cost and notify you of this for you to then make payment of the whole order including shipping, prior to processing and despatch.
In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil your order or part thereof, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfil we will refund payment by the same method as the payment made, or via cheque.
Upon receipt of payment, your order will be despatched via the shipping method chosen by you, this may be Royal Mail or specialist carrier, which will require a signature upon receipt. Please note: while you may instruct the specialist carrier to leave your package with a neighbour if you are out, this may not always be possible due to the carrier's own policies.
Delivery charges are based upon the weight of your order, method of shipment, as well as destination.
Online orders received by 12 noon between Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are normally dispatched same day via your chosen method of shipment. However, we cannot guarantee the post or courier delivery times. Our aim (but not guarantee) is to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, although events outside our control (such as extreme weather) may dictate delays.
If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract, and we will refund any money paid by you.
Risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Claims for damaged goods must be noted at time of delivery and notified to Snapperstuff Limited within 3 days of delivery to you. Upon return of the damaged goods to Snapperstuff Limited, we will at our option repair or replace the damaged goods. The cost of return must be paid for by the customer.
If you are a consumer, in addition to your other rights, you have the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, along with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. We will then issue you an RMA number, which must be included with the goods when you return them. You must return the goods to us at your cost, and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, or if requested, then we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Note: If you request us to arrange for a courier collection of your product, we are unable to specify the collection time, and will require someone to be present when the courier comes.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.

Please be sure to include the following details with all returns:
Your name, Order number, Invoice Number, Daytime telephone number, email address, together with the reason for the return and the RMA number we issue to you.

We will then liaise with you by email in order to establish the course of action.
Please note that warranty returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and the cost of any return must be paid for by the customer.
